Unique 80s polka dot dress made out of 100% silk, made in Korea. The fit of the dress is flowy at the top and more fitted at the waist and bottom. The dress features removable shoulder pads, bat wing sleeves, ruffles and a zipper at the back. The fabric feels soft and light.
