Vintage Mega Puff Sleeve Blouse

Rare mega puff sleeve that features plastic pearl buttons, a lace collar and lace details on the neckline and cuffs. The blouse is fitted at the waist and perfect for someone with a big chest. The previous owner handpainted flowers and golden details on the chest and upper sleeves. The golden details of the paint are slowly coming off at some parts ( see close-up picture). The fabric feels fresh and comfortable. 

50% cotton, 50% polyester
