One-of-a-kind handmade skirt with ruffled 'suspenders' that features a beautiful vibrant blue floral print and a zipper and bow tie at the back. The suspenders are rather long (45cm) but they can easily be detached and fixed where you need them to be for your body type. The fabric feels light, breezy and soft.
