Beautiful burgundy colored top -dress that features a frill on the sleeves, velvet details around the sleeves and waistline and removable shoulder pads. It can either be worn as a top or as a dress with leggings underneath. The fabric feels soft and comfortable. Made in Italy. If you have *very sensitive skin we recommend wearing a long sleeve underneath.
